Practice In Motion provides a diverse range of services to support our local, national, as well as international communities. We begin with our community seminars and outreach. We will provide complementary 50 minute workshops to any parent or community organizations.
Circles of connection for children is our program geared to support 5th-8th graders. Sessions and activities are designed to help develop personal integrity, self-love, and care and concern for the others in the community.
PIM also provides teleconferencing for parents. Parents connect together to give and receive support with others facing similar questions and concerns. These families receive professional feedback and create a social network all from the comfort of telephone.
Our in-home consultation services allow individual families to receive personalized guidance to support their child’s developmental growth at home or school. The observation session and recommendations allow customized plans to be created specifically with the child and family’s needs in mind.
School collaboration is way for families to have an educational consultant convey their concerns during school meetings. Our consultants guide families through the IEP process or school conferences to ensure that appropriate educational services are in place.
